Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Hemant's Portfolio for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Project timelines and deliverables will be clearly defined in project proposals. Delivery includes:
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the custom code developed for their project.
My Rights: I retain the right to use the project in my portfolio and for marketing purposes.
Third-Party: Clients are responsible for licensing any third-party components or services.
I agree to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information without explicit consent.
In no event shall Hemant's Portfolio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
I may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
